If our nation can put a man on the moon (if they really did) and place a satellite in orbit for the banks and stock market to transfer money and assets out of the country tax free, why hasn't the cure for cancer been found?  It has, but unfortunately you and I will probably never live to see it, if the pharmaceutical industry, the most profitable business in the world, surpassing oil several years ago, controls which drugs will be available for cancer treatment in our country.  Of course their choice will be the patented, conventional most profitable toxic chemotherapy drugs available which will  harm more than help us and ensure a business as usual continuation of the multi-billion dollar cancer industry which only recognizes the three treatment evils, cut  poison and burn or better known as surgery, chemotherapy and radiation.
